Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING;
Because Airlines shut down due to COVID-19 there is no international delivery at the moment.
We will be back with shipping info and prices as soon as the international flights resume to normal.

Cloe & Gana is working very hard so you can receive your package as soon as possible.

Orders will be processed during operating hours; Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM and will be shipped 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed. Note that Cloe & Gana is closed during weekends and public holidays. If you place an order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be processed on the next operating day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by text message and email with a tracking number.

Once we ship your order to your address, Cloe & Gana is not responsible for any lost or delays during the transit.

Thailand Shipping

All Thailand orders will be shipped by EMS OR KERRY EXPRESS. You will be able to track your order after we’ve processed it. If you didn’t receive your tracking number, email us at info@cloeandgana.com .

We will give express free shipping to all Thailand orders.

Before making a purchase with Cloe & Gana, please be aware of our return policy.

Cloe & Gana makes sure to inspect all items before shipping them to you. Though, if you receive a defective item please contact us at info@cloeandgana.com right away. You will have 24h to email us from the moment you receive your order.
*Please include a picture of the defective item in your email.

We aim to keep our inventory updated at all times, but if there is a problem with your order when we process it and one of your items turns out to be sold out, we will email you directly to inform you and will make a refund with the same payment method you used while placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

● We do not make refunds. We will make a refund only is an inventory problem happens on our side.
● We will only accept exchanges if there is a sizing error on our part, or if there is a factory defect.
● If you wish to exchange an item for those reasons, you have 5 days to send it back to us after the reception date.
● The item(s) that you return must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. In other words, what you send back to us must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
● Your exchange will be processed 1-2 days after we receive it. It may take more time if we’re in a busy period. Cloe & Gana will do its best to ship the item(s) back to you as fast as possible.
