We offer FREE express shipping all over Thailand. All Thailand orders will be shipped by EMS OR KERRY EXPRESS. You will be able to track your order after we’ve processed it. If you didn’t receive your tracking number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only accept exchanges if there is a sizing error on our part, or if there is a factory defect.
If you wish to exchange an item when there is an error on our part, you have 5 days to send it back to us after the reception date.
The item(s) that you return must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. In other words, what you send back to us must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
Your exchange will be processed 1-2 days after we receive it. It may take more time if we’re in a busy period. Cloe & Gana will do its best to ship the item(s) back to you as fast as possible.
